I have seen a lot of artists having issues with thieves and vagabonds lately. Stealing art, tracing, using without permission, etc. so I am making this journal. This applies to EVERYTHING in my gallery. Scraps, finished work, WIPs, absolutely everything under the sun that I post.

YOU MAY NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR ANYTHING WITHOUT PERMISSION. Only exception is redistributing (shared pages on facebook, reblogged pages on Tumblr, things like that) but credit must be given, and you must send a link to me to prove to me that you're following my rules. If I find my work in other places without credit, the wrath of Hell shall fall down upon your head.

I hate to have watermarks on my work, but its the only thing I can do to help prevent the stealing of my work. Those seem to dissuade more people than words ever will, because it "ruins" the work. I agree, it takes away from the artwork, but I'd rather have that than stolen work.

I do not think that my art is so good that I am above everyone else. No, the opposite is true. I rarely like my own art. However, it is the labor of my own hands, and so I am attached to it. It is MY art that I put MY OWN work into. If you steal my work it is the same as walking into my house and stealing everything in site. I WILL take offense.
